Round Type

We are investing in primary, secondary, SAFEs, and Convertible Notes round with, ideally, a lead investor.

Check Size

Our check size ranges from $100K to $1M based on the stage of the company and total round size.

Timing

We take a minimum of 2 weeks to fund the SPV and wire to our portfolio companies; however, it can take up to 4 weeks.
